Kinesio Taping
Support that keeps working after you leave the room
What kinesio taping is
Kinesio tape is an elastic therapeutic tape that gently lifts the skin to reduce pressure on the tissues underneath. This helps improve blood and lymph flow, reduce pain and swelling, support natural movement, and improve muscle function. It doesn’t restrict movement—it supports your body while it heals. Tape can be applied as a short standalone appointment or added to the end of a treatment.
How it helps
- Reduces pain by easing pressure on irritated tissues
- Improves blood and lymph circulation to support healing
- Helps reduce swelling and bruising
- Supports healthy muscle and joint movement
- Extends the benefits of your hands-on treatment
Who it's for
- Joint support during recovery
- Muscle overload from sport or repetitive work
- Swelling and bruising after injury
- Neck, shoulder and back posture support
- Pain relief without restricting movement
- Helps maintain treatment results between sessions

Questions about kinesio taping
Usually three to five days, showering included. It is removed sooner if the skin becomes irritated.
It supports treatment, it does not replace it. Taping alone will not resolve a cause that has not been addressed.
Tell me beforehand and we test a small strip first, or use a hypoallergenic tape.
